Before creating your workout plan, we'll conduct a thorough assessment to understand your current fitness level, health history, and specific fitness goals. This helps us design a plan that is safe, effective, and tailored to your individual needs.

Based on your assessment, we'll develop a personalized workout plan that incorporates exercises you enjoy and that align with your goals. Whether you prefer strength training, cardio, flexibility work, or a combination of all three, your plan will be designed to maximize your results.

Your workout plan will incorporate the principle of progressive overload, gradually increasing the intensity, duration, or frequency of your workouts over time. This ensures that your body is continually challenged, preventing plateaus and promoting consistent progress.

To keep you motivated and prevent boredom, your workout plan will incorporate a variety of exercises and training methods. This also helps to target different muscle groups and improve overall fitness.

Your workout plan will include clear and concise instructions for each exercise, including proper form and technique. We'll also provide guidance on warm-ups, cool-downs, and stretching to help you prevent injuries and optimize your recovery.

Nutrition

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition, either. Every EHF Nutrition client will be given a plan tailored to their specific needs, preferences, lifestyle, and health goals.

During your consultation, we'll gather information about your dietary habits, medical history, activity level, and any food sensitivities or allergies you may have. This helps us create parameters for a nutrition plan that is safe, effective, and sustainable. Focus at this time is centered on creating a balanced and sustainable eating routine that provides your body with the nutrients it needs to thrive.

It is our pleasure to emphasize whole foods, portion control, and mindful eating habits, with the goal being a consistent, clean intake routine for life.

Time with our nutritionist will include guidance and education on macronutrients (carbohydrates, protein, and fats) and micronutrients (vitamins and minerals) to ensure that you are meeting your complete nutritional needs. We can also help brainstorm with meal plan ideas, providing and recommending delicious and healthy recipe ideas that fit your lifestyle and palate.
